Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days
Expedited shipping: 2 to 3 business days (additional cost)
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Luxesse Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us immediately at luxesseboutiquemidland@gmail.com or 432-296-1672 and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
In-Store Pickup
You may also choose to pick up your order in store at no charge.
